A Message From Chef & Owner Andrew Sussman First and foremost from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you and your families for all the support, and for bringing Butternuts to the point of being "the" place where we all feel so comfortable like family. It is with great sorrow that I must announce that due to complications with the new landlord not renewing a lease with us and forcing us to vacate for his own personal gain, we will no longer be able to serve you AT THIS LOCATION. My staff as well as myself are heartbroken at this sudden turn of events. Our catering company is still strong and fully equipped and able to accomodate all functions large and small at any venue to suit your needs. Please feel free to continue to contact us at butternutseatery@msn.com as well as continuing to utilize our site at www.butternutsonline.com for updates on our future plans for conducting business. For those of you still holding RADIO gift certificates (The Valley General Store), we have collaborated with WHMP/The River/Bear Country to give you options... you may cash them in or trade them for another option within their program. We as Butternuts Catering Company will accept them full value at your next event with us, or wait for our new venue where they will be exchanged for 150% of the original value! That would be like paying 30% for your meals at the new and improved Butternuts. For those of you in posession of our Butternuts gift certificates we will be happy to exchange them for our catering services, or at our new venue at 150% of the original value. If you do not want to utilize this option we will gladly refund your money at the cash value. Please understand we at Butternuts will continue our pledge to give you the best dining experience possible. Thank you.
